Refund Policy

The simple promise

You preview the entire book before paying. If you still change your mind, email meng@mengworks.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you — no forms, no interrogation. We reply within 2 business days.

Digital editions

• Within 7 days of purchase: full refund, no questions asked;
• Any time: if a file is corrupted, a page is missing, or the delivered book differs materially from the preview you approved, we re-generate it free or refund you in full — your choice.

Book Club subscription

• Cancel anytime (account page or email); cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current month;
• If a month's book fails to deliver, that month is re-delivered or refunded;
• Months already delivered are not clawed back when you cancel.

Print editions (when they open)

• Before printing starts: full refund;
• After printing starts: because each copy is made only for your child, change-of-mind refunds are replaced with a cost discussion or a free corrected reprint;
• Quality problems (damage, misprints, wrong book): free reprint or full refund, always.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider; timing depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.
